Sarah Burton, Practice Administrator. GDC No.174373  Sarah started working as a dental nurse with John Newland in 1991 and over the years has become a very experienced nurse/receptionist. This experience has led to her working as a valued member of the management team within the practice, her role is varied, including Decontamination and Infection control, overseeing administrative duties, IT and more. There is a huge amount of new legislation which is necessasry to maintain the high standards of care that we offer our patients and Sarah plays a key role in this area. Sarah also trained as a Dental implant Nurse and assists when implants are placed.  Sarah got married last July to Kevin, they had a beautiful ceremony with close family.
Liz Purchase, Human Resources and Compliments, Complaints and Comments Procedures. Liz joined our team in 2007; previously she had gained a mass of dental experience working in a busy NHS practice for 25 years. Liz now works as a valued member of the management team within the practice, dealing with day to day staffing issues and patient feedback.  She also works as a principal member of the Reception Team. Liz is excellent with our patients and offers a high standard of customer services to all.  Liz is married with two children and in her spare time enjoys socialising and going to the gym.
Martell Bailey, Stock Control. GDC No.151600 Martell has been nursing for Marek and John since leaving school in 2005. She qualified as a dental nurse in February 2007. Since qualifying Martell has extended her dental knowledge by training as a Dental Implant Nurse and assists when implants are placed. Although she works in surgery with both dentists during the week, Martell has taken on a very significant role within the practice; she is in charge of monitoring and ordering stock, contributing to the efficient running of the practice.
Penny Kirwan, Dental Nurse and Holistic Therapist GDC No.150099 Penny has 36 years experience in the dental profession. She qualified as a Dental Nurse in 1978 in Coventry. For 20 years Penny worked at the University of Warwick Dental Department before moving to a busy NHS practice in Coventry. At present Penny works with John and Marek in surgery as well as working in the central sterilising room on a rota. Penny trained as a holistic therapist in 2003 and now offers a range of holistic therapy treatments from the practice including complimentary head and neck massages for New Patients.
Fiona Lloyd, Patient After Care and Infection Control Testing GDC No.135565 Fiona has worked as a Dental Nurse for almost 30 years, qualifying from Birmingham Dental Hospital in May 1985. She has previously worked with Marek & John at Manor Road and re-joined us here at Blossomfield in September 2010. Having gained a wealth of experience over the years Fiona is responsible for contacting patients after large courses of treatment or if they have attended with a problem, to offer after care advice. She is also responsible for testing Infection Control appliances to ensure compliance with legislation. Fiona is married with three children and also has grandson called Oliver.
Rona Weatherson. Reception Team. Rona Weatherson. Receptionist. Rona worked with John and Marek for 13 years at their previous practice and we were absolutely delighted that she decided to join us at Blossomfield Complete Dental Care. Rona has had many years experience working as part of the reception team, she welcomes everyone with a friendly and professional manner which puts everyone at ease. Rona is married with two grown up sons and two grand-daughters, Sarah and Natasha.
Veronica Lindsay. Reception Team. After working with John and Marek at their previous practice we were very pleased that Veronica decided to join our team at Blossomfield Complete Dental Care. Veronica is a very experienced member of the reception team who always offers a warm and professional welcome to all, delivering a high standard of Customer Services that we expect for all of our patients. Veronica is married with four grown up children and one little grand-daughter.  In her spare time she enjoys swimming and going to the gym.
Kathy Inglis. Reception Team/Central Sterilising Duties. Kathy worked with Marek an John for many years at their previous practice and we were very happy when she decided to join us at Blossomfield Complete Dental Care in December 2010. Kathy has gained many years of dental experience and she puts this to use when dealing with patients whilst working in the Reception and her lovely friendly manner is very reassuring for our patients. Kathy also works in our Central Sterilising room. Outside of work, Kathy enjoys socialising with friends and going to the gym.
Jennifer Bailey.Dental Nurse/Reception Team. GDC No.215615 Jenni joined Blossomfield Complete Dental Care in Decemeber 2011 along with David Rossington from Hollywood Dental. Jenni started as a dental trainee with David in June 2009 and qualified as a dental nurse last year. For the sessions that David works at Blossomfield, Jenni works with him so that for patients who have come accross from Hollywood the team is the same. For the rest of the week Jenni works on a rota with Marek, John, Reception and the sterilising room. We are delighted that Jenni has joined our team and look forward to a long working relationship with her as she is a real asset for the team. Outside of work, Jenni enjoys water sports and shopping.
Carly Dubrava. Trainee Dental Nurse. Carly recently joined us at Blossomfield Complete Dental Care as our dental nurse trainee, she has had a year working at another practice but we are very pleased that she chose to do her formal training with us. At present Carly is gaining experience by working with all 3 dentists, working in the sterilising room and in the reception, she will start her part time dental nursing course at Warwickshire College, Leamington in September. Carly would like to extend her dental knowledge by eventually training as a Dental Hygienist, but for now we are glad that she is working very well within our nursing team. Carly enjoys socialising with friends, going to the gym, swimming and playing squash.
Stephanie Lappin. Dental Nurse/Reception Team.GDC No.156295 Steph recently joined Blossomfield Complete Dental Care, after gaining many years of dental experience at a busy NHS dental practice.We are very pleased that Steph decided to join our team as she is a valued member who is efficient and reassuring in the surgery working with John and Marek and warm and friendly to all patients when working as part of the Reception Team. We are looking forward to working with Steph for many years to come. Steph is married with 2 children
