We aim to make your visit to the dentist as pleasurable as it can be by providing you with excellent facilities that will go some way to make you feel comfortable and at home. A lot of thought has gone into this and if we have missed anything that would enhance your experience please feel free to mention it and we try to provide it.

Our facilities include;

• Plenty of on-site parking.
• The car park and the dental practice are on one level, so wheelchair access is easy.
• The waiting room, bathroom facilities and the clinical areas have all been designed for easy wheelchair access.
• The waiting room is light, spacious and modern. It is separated from the clinical areas, so that there are no dental sounds or smells. Subtle essential oils are also burned to create a relaxing atmosphere.
• Complimentary refreshments are available, including tea, coffee and water. There is always a good supply of up to date magazines to browse through, daily newspapers or copies if our own current newsletter to keep you up to date with current events.
• Dental products are on sale in the reception. We sell a wide variety of dental products including electric toothbrushes, inter-dental brushes, tooth whitening toothpastes, top up whitening gels and children's dental products including healthy party bags (on request)
• We provide complimentary tooth brushes and toothpaste for you to use if you wish, before seeing the dentist or hygienist.
• If you are feeling anxious we can provide a complimentary head and neck massage with a trained therapist. There is also a non-clinical consulting suite, equipped with a DVD player, to wait in if you would like. DVD glasses are available on request to watch films and entertainment whilst you have treatment. You are encouraged to bring an ipod, so that you can listen to music of your own choice.
• There is access to the internet if you find that you need to send or receive an e-mail.
• The practice is fully computerised and all patient records are protected by the Data Protection Act.
• A non-clinical consultation suite is available for confidential discussions and to discuss any dental treatment information.
• We have a central sterilisation area where we have a full-time member of staff directly responsible for sterilising the dental instruments and distributing them in sterile bags for use in the dental surgeries.
