Staff are friendly and take time to make one feel welcome and at ease

All are always very helpful and polite also helpful. Have been with this dental practice for a long time and stayed with the dentist as I’ve always had satiation.

High quality treatment/ advice. Time available to discuss issues/ options re treatment/ decisions/ advice etc. Trust and confident that I will receive appropriate advice re my dental needs - no pressure to act until all concerns discussed thoroughly. Always confident that my dental requirements will be met and attended to with courtesy and professionalism by all the staff at Blossomfield Dental Care.

The lovely staff. The new teeth cleaning system was not particularly comfortable but the results are definitely better

Only 1 gentleman on reception as 3 staff off for various reasons. He did a great job kept calm under pressured circumstances. Coped with phone booking appointments and paying.

My dental problem was resolved at minimal cost but it was explained that rather more expensive treatment may be required if this procedure fails.

The staff were pleasant and greeted me when I walked in.The smell in reception was amazing.There was a member of staff who asked another patient if he wanted a drink from the coffee machine, he asked if it did an Americano, she said it did, “I’d love one but I don’t know how to work the machine, the moment of staff said no problem, I can make one, the other patient was over the moon, I was impressed over her attention to the little detail.( the member of staff was pregnant, I mention this because I didn’t get her name)

I have been at the practice for about fifty years and I have never had anything but courteous professional treatment, I am more than satisfied with the practice

Friendly staff

First visit/check up was scheduled via a text message as part of a six monthly review. The dentist was very clear and professional in his approach, as always. The reception staff then scheduled the hygienist/cleaning for the following day. A number of options were offered. Cleaning was thorough and additional information was given regarding brushing technique. A new 'machine' was used in the cleaning and this incurred an additional fee; thankfully a very small additional fee. The waiting room is clean and comfortable; magazines are available to read, but with the appointments running to time, there was little time to really get into an article.

The best dentist I have ever had he is amazing very kind and gentle I have no problem in recommending him which ihave done on many occasions and everyone says the same thank you .

I have been a patient of Marek Skalka for over 30 years , he has always been the most professional, knowledgeable and caring person you could wish for . Even this time when I explained I had been ill he listened and was kind and also explained current treatment options available as he alwyas has in ten past . Many thanks to Marek for all his outstanding care over the years .

As allways, the receptionists were friendly and helpful. This was the first time that I had treatment with Marieanne and I was very impressed. She had obviously taken time to review my previous attendances and medication and explained the new treatment that I had requested to have.Congratulations to Sarah for such a magnificent floral display with the pots in the car patk !

I have been under the care of Blossomfield Dental for over 5 years.They are amazing! Marek and his friendly staff have managed all my dental needs including a crown replacement. The Hygienist is great and they use the latest technology. My family all go to Blossomfield Dental. We highly recommend Marek and his colleagues and just want to say . The treatment and interaction is fantastic and we would not go anywhere else. PF. Long term , happy patient.
